Merchandising Managers are responsible for opening/closing keyholder, merchandise presentation and replenishment, ad sets, and signs. Merchandising managers implement the companies merchandising directives and ensure that the selling is clean, and safe. Must be able to provide hands on training, safely, multi task, evaluate and react to performance issues, have strong communication, customer service and leadership skills. , Evenings, weekends and the ability to work varied hours and days based on the needs of the business. Physical requirements; must be able to walk and stand continuously (100%), lift up to 60 lbs, bend, stoop, climb ladders on occasion.
